Welcome to the 34th Annual "Barteski" Family Football Pool

The 2019 season is now complete. This year we had 49 entries into the pool, For a list of all the selections please click here.

The winner of the 2019 Barteski Family Football Pool was Olga Barteski, with a total of 70 points (55 wins and 15 bonus points). Duane Budnick finished in 2nd spot with 70 points (54 wins and 16 bonus points). Ken Barteski was in 3rd place with 68 points (52 wins and 16 bonus points). Kal Barteski was in 4th place with 67 points (54 wins and 13 bonus points), and Curtis Barteski and Don Fogg finished in 5th place with 67 points (53 wins and 14 bonus points). Michel Lamothe won the points spread portion of the pool, with a difference of 3 points, and Rick Barteski finished in last spot with 35 points (29 wins and 6 bonus points). The winner of the 2018 Barteski Family Football Pool was, Maysen Zawada with a total of 74 points. Poet Kostenchuk, ended up in 2nd place with 70 points. Rita Nowakowski had  68 points but less bonus points ended up in 3rd place. Jeff Matlock was in 4th spot, with 68 points and more bonus points than Rita. Ed Nowakowski was 5th with 67 points and Rick Barteski ended up in 6th place, Ken Barteski was in 7th place, Elizabeth Zawada in 13th place and Luba Barteski  ended up in 27th spot. Bringing up the rear was Emma Barteski with 37 points. Bernice Matlock won the points spread part of the pool with a difference of only 1 point. Final standings can be found by clicking here.

The winners of the 2017 Barteski Family Football Pool was, Randy Matlock with a total of 67 points. Bryce Barteski, who lead for almost the entire year ended up in 2nd place with 66 points and less bonus game points than Rita Nowakowski who also had  66 points but more bonus points. Rita ended up in 3rd place. Kade Fogg and Don Fogg were tied for 4th and 5th, both with 62 points. Kade Fogg won the poinsts spread portion of the pool, with a difference of only 1 point. Kevin Barteski ended up in 7th place, Martha Barteski in 13th place and Daryl Brooks and Alvena Barteski tied for 27th spot. Bringing up the rear was Elizabeth Zawada with 37 points.  Final standings can be found by clicking here.

Following is a list of the winners of the 2016 Barteski Family CFL Football Pool. The winner was Dan Kostenchuk who ended up with a total of 64 points (50 wins and 14 bonus points). Ed Nowakowski ended up in 2nd spot with 62 points (50 wins and 12 bonus points) - had the Riders won Ed would have been the winner of this year's pool. Keri Zawada pulled back into 3rd place with 58 points (48 wins and 10 bonus points). The winner of the points spread this year was Olga Barteski with a difference of only 7 points.

Following is a list of the winners of the 2015 Barteski Family CFL Football Pool. The winner was Mark Barteski who ended the year with 64 points (50 wins and 14 bonus points). Mark can thank the Saskatchewan Roughriders for his win, had Montreal won the last game of the year Patti Barteski would have won this year's pool. 

Finishing in 2nd place was Lucas Barth who also had 64 points (48 wins and 16 bonus points). Cathy Barteski finished in 3rd place with 62 points (49 wins and 13 bonus points). 

Other winners were; Duane Budnick in 7th place, Tara Barteski in 13th place, Luba Barteski in 27th place and Oliver Barteski who claimed last place. Olga Barteski won the points spread section with a difference of 5 points and Jen Barteski had the fewest bonus games correct at 6.
